This has been another busy year for the Endeavour team. With new people joining us, including some old faces returning and some departures who will be sorely missed. In the last few months especially, we have been reviewing and changing processes and systems and there will also be some new announcements to the services that we offer in the new year as a result. All of which could not have been done without our teams hard work.
Of course none of this would ever be possible without your business and commitment to us over the last 12 months. So we would especially like to thank you for your support for this past year and wish you every success in 2019.
In terms of office closure over the holidays, our offices will be closed from 12 noon on Monday 24th December 2018 until 8.30am on Wednesday 2nd January 2019. However, we will be providing remote support cover for emergencies to our SLA contract customers via the following schedule:

Unfortunately, only our SLA contract customers (not ad-hoc support customers) will be responded to as per the schedule shown above, with all other requests being dealt with on our return on Wednesday 2nd January 2019.
