Junior Office Administrator (Full-time, Permanent)

We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated person to join our expanding team. With strong attention to detail and good prioritisation and organisation skills, the successful candidate will be adaptable and able to use their own initiative and in return will have the possibility of career progression within the team.


The junior office administrator will be involved in ensuring that the office runs smoothly as well as providing support for the partners and other colleagues:

  • general office duties – printing, copying, filing, shredding, post, lodgements;

  • general office and office equipment upkeep;

  • manage and update databases and spreadsheets;

  • looking after visitors and hospitality;

  • assist with office events;

  • assist with the accounts and HR functions;

  • monitor internal policies and procedures;

  • answer and direct incoming phone calls; and

  • assist with internal and client documentation sets.


The junior office administrator should:

  • be able to establish a good working relationship with clients and colleagues;

  • be ambitious and self-motivated;

  • be a strong team player with problem-solving and analytical skills;

  • be keen to learn and share knowledge;

  • be able to work to tight schedules and deadlines;

  • have a good phone manner; and

  • take a professional approach to their work and career development.


  • Essential requirements for this position are as follows:

  • Great attention to detail and time-management skills;

  • Good prioritisation and organisation skills;

  • Adaptable with the ability to use own initiative;

  • Strong skills using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Desire for continual learning;

  • Fluent in English with excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills;

  • A positive “can do” attitude; and

  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalents) including grade C or above in English Language and Maths.


The following desired requirements would also be advantageous:

  • At least one years’ experience working in an office environment;

  • Have an interest in technology; and

  • Desire to achieve qualifications through continual learning.
