Lee Surgeoner, Partner

Endeavour Information Solutions was formed in September 2009 by Lee Surgeoner an IT professional with over 25 years experience in IT infrastructure, managed services and bespoke software solutions.

His background in IT consultancy at Price Waterhouse in their Management Consultancy Services (MCS) department for ten years has given him experience in providing solutions to a variety of businesses from small and medium-sized through to large multi-national groups and public sector organisations.

Throughout the years Lee has gained considerable experience and internationally recognised certifications in Microsoft technologies including public cloud solutions with Office 365, collaboration solutions with SharePoint, private cloud solutions with Microsoft System Centre and Microsoft Azure.

He is a Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) in Private Cloud, Server Infrastructure and SharePoint which gives him the technical insight to build cost effective and scalable solutions for his customers.

Blaithin Surgeoner, Partner

Blaithin qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 whilst working in Price Waterhouse and has over 25 years experience both in practice and industry holding various managerial and operational roles over her career.  This has given her a unique insight and experience in designing management information solutions for our customers.

Blaithin has managed the software development team at Endeavour since April 2010 and holds a considerable number of Microsoft qualifications such as Microsoft Certified Professional Developer (MCPD) and Microsoft Certified Solution Associate (MCSA) in application areas such as software development with Visual Studio, database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server, as well as Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics CRM which her team uses to provide bespoke solutions for clients focusing on business productivity and business intelligence.

In her spare time, Blaithin enjoys researching new Microsoft technologies and listening to and playing classical music sometimes at the same time!
