As founder, Lee has over 30 years of ICT experience that started in IT consultancy at Price Waterhouse for over 10 years. This foundation gave him valuable experience in providing solutions to small and medium-sized business upto large multi-nationals and public sector organisations.

Throughout the years since Lee has gained considerable experience and certifications in Microsoft technologies including on-premise and public cloud solutions with Microsoft 365, collaboration solutions with SharePoint, private cloud solutions with Windows Server, Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Azure.

Blaithin joined the firm as Partner in 2010 and apart from keeping Endeavour’s day-to-day operations running she also directly manages the Dynamics 365 Business Central and Data & AI teams.

And if that wasn’t enough, she is also a Chartered Accountant, and a Microsoft Certified Professional in many areas including SQL Server, Windows Server and App Development.

Blaithin also enjoys process improvement and automation using methodologies including Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen (continuous improvement) and Business Process Management.

Charlie specialises in building strategic partnerships and driving growth through innovative technology solutions.  Based in Belfast, Charlie plays a key role in connecting clients with tailored services that enhance operational efficiency and deliver measurable outcomes and business value.

With a strong background in managed services and client engagement over the last 20 years, Charlie has worked in technical, leadership, operational and account management roles. Charlie has successfully managed relationships across diverse sectors, ensuring that solutions align with organisational goals and industry standards. As a trusted adviser known for a proactive approach and exceptional communication skills, Charlie works closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities, resolve challenges, and deliver outcomes that exceed expectations.

Successful initiatives include supporting clients with SharePoint and Azure cloud migration strategies, Power BI solutions and optimising Microsoft licensing value. Additionally Finance, CRM, Power Platform projects and most recently delivering AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio. Charlie is always keen to catch-up over coffee and provide impartial advice. Outside of work he is a football and golf enthusiast and gymnastics dad.

Stephen is the manager of our Managed Services Team and responsible for designing, implementing and supporting ICT solutions using Microsoft technologies and platforms such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Windows Server.

Stephen is an experienced IT professional who gained his experience within IT departments in the pharmaceutical industry and has been the manager of our managed services and helpdesk team for the last 8 years.

Phil is the manager of our Modern Work Team and primary responsible for designing and implementing customised collaborative solutions using Microsoft Modern Work applications and platforms such as Microsoft SharePoint, Teams and Azure.

His background in both retail and professional services has given him valuable experience in providing efficient solutions that have to work at scale across many types of end users and environments.

Ciaran is the manger of Business Applications Team who specifically work on project using Dynamics 365, Power Platform an Azure.

Ciaran spent his work placement from Ulster University at Magee with Endeavour in 2017 and hasn’t looked back, and now leads our Business Applications using Microsoft Dynamics 365 to deliver digital transformation solutions to clients across the UK & Ireland.

Matthew is the manager of the Digital & Application Innovation (DAPI) team at Endeavour. Specialising in digital transformation and application innovation he combines leading edge agentic AI technologies with modern cloud platforms that modernise enterprise systems and deliver cutting-edge solutions tailored to client needs.

With a strong focus on Microsoft Azure and Azure OpenAI based technologies, Matthew has successfully led projects that enhance operational efficiency and enable organisations to embrace future-ready platforms. Matthew works closely with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Recent engagements include leading requirements gathering for AI-driven solutions, resolving critical infrastructure challenges, and championing innovation through platforms like Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry. Orla has a wealth of experience in transforming complex data into actionable insights. She and her team play a pivotal role in shaping strategies that empower organisations to make informed decisions and embrace digital transformation.

After studying Science and Maths (MSci Applied Maths and Physics at QUB), Orla's background allows her to bring a different perspective and applies analytical and statistical methods to real-life data to deliver business intelligence solutions. Orla has spearheaded initiatives that deliver measurable impact for clients across both public and private sectors. Known for a collaborative approach, Orla works closely with stakeholders to design innovative solutions that align with organisational goals, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with exceptional quality.

Orla’s recent work includes driving Power BI adoption, developing analytics applications, and leading performance review sessions that enhance operational efficiency across both public and private sector clients. Passionate about leveraging technology to solve real-world challenges, Orla continues to champion data-driven culture and innovation within the organisation.

As the daughter of the Partners at Endeavour Orla has been exposed to the business from its inception and has a comprehension understanding of all the business processes. Outside of work, Orla participates in choirs and enjoys classical singing.

James is Endeavour’s Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and responsible for overseeing the development and correct deployment of technology to enhance our service offerings, and streamline operational processes. Providing both practical hands-on advice and technical delivery on our projects using the Microsoft Cloud technology stack.

James joined Endeavour in 2018 as a graduate from Ulster University, and works mostly with the Modern Work team to deliver leading digital apps and innovation projects using Azure PaaS and AI services such as Azure AI, and Copilot.

Shauna in her HR role is responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and welfare of the team and develops our policies and procedures to ensure our compliance is met while fostering a positive work environment.

In her Finance role Shauna works on budgeting, and managing cash flow, conducting financial analysis to support business decisions

Both roles are crucial for our smooth operation focusing on the organisation's people and day-to-day financial management both of which drive business growth and stability.
